Happy Halloween! As you will notice David dressed up again like Steve on Blues Clues. This morning he was so excited to wear his Blues costume that I was able to snap a few photos with him in it. But by the time we were ready to trick or treat, he was over it! Jake was a teddy bear! At times people didn't realize that I was holding a child, but holding a stuff bear! He is so cute.
We went to a friends house for a Halloween party. They had a "Tunnel of Terror" that they constructed, containing a lot of cob webs, body parts, skeletons, a fog machine and oh yeah, a gorilla! David wanted to go into the tunnel over and over again, but didn't want to get but 10 feet from this gorilla! He would stand there yelling hello and I loves but wouldn't get any closer. He just loves to be scared. After good eats of hot dogs and chili, we went around the neighborhood trick or treating with our friends Brad, Shelly and daughter Audra. David really got into it this year, but he got so confused at times withso many people that he would go up to anyone and say, "Trick or Treat." It was cute. We later met up with Nanny and Billdy and Papa and Grandma.

I took the boys to my Mom's Halloween party! David dressed up like Steve on Blues Clues and Jake of course is my lil' punkin'. David had fun going around to each resident and saying "Trick or Treat!" He couldn't believe how much candy he got! Just wait til tomorrow buddy!

Carving Pumpkins!

On Tuesday we carved our pumpkins. David did want to touch the guts of the pumpkins but he had fun picking out the faces for the pumpkins. Jake on the other hand thought the pumpkin was tasty!

Mmmm Water!

They other day Jake was chewing on David's sippy cup and some the water spilled out. Jake tried to drink the water up from the carpet! Pretty amusing!

Heritage lake

After the park we took them to the lake. They loved throwing rocks in the water, making a big splash! Kids are so easily amused and it's free! Justin even joined in on the fun!

Heritage Park

My niece, Kynleah stayed with us and we took the kids to Heritage park to burn off some energy!

The Big Red Car!

Our Dog Max recieved his wings today! He got out of our fence and got hit by a car. This dog was always trying to find a way out to just go and run around. Most of the time he would come back before we even noticed that he was gone. But today his luck ran out. He was on is way home in fact when he got hit!
Max you will be dearly missed! You were a Good Boy! I will miss our afternoon naps and you always taking over my side of the bed. I has been a great 8 years having you as our puppy! Now you can run and have fun with all the other dogs in heaven. Love you Max!
