Happy Thanksgiving!

Today I successfully made Thanksgiving dinner! This was the first time since ,I don't know when, that I wasn't running to 50 million places in one day! It was pretty relaxing and with no expectations! The worst part was waiting for the turkey "popper" to pop. I was so obsessed with checking it! I'm glad I didn't open a bottle of wine or else I would have been drunk waiting for this darn turkey! Finally after five hours (thinking it was going to be more like 3-3 1/2)the turkey was done. I had visions that Justin was going to cut into it and it was going to be all dried out like in the movie Christmas Vacation. Thankfully it was real moist and just fell of the bone.
Jake really like the food as you will see. But David I had to spoon feed him, like I have to with most of the dishes that aren't chicken nuggets! After dinner we went to visit my mom. I posted pics of her on her blog. Than Justin was off to work for the night. I turn out to be probably one of the best Thanksgivings this year!

Moms hold the family up!

Today David was playing in my room while I was getting ready. He climbed on the bed and was playing with the candles that hang above the bed. He was naming who each candle represented. The largest candle he said is my husband Justin. The middle sized candle he said was him and the smallest candle is Jakie. I asked him, " Where is Mommy?" He says, "Mom you are the wall!"
