My little Jakie turned a year! Oh how fast the year few by! My friends Rachel and her boys and Nicole and her husband and son came over to help us celebrate along with family. Jake really enjoyed his cake. Rachel made the birthday cake and made a small one especially for Jake. As you can tell the cake went everywhere!

Merry Christmas!

The night before christmas David wrote a letter to santa and left him milk and cookies. He was so surprise in the morning that the milk and cookies were gone!
So our day started out at our house to open gifts. I worked the night before so I only got about two and a half hours of sleep. We headed to my in-laws to have christmas there. Justin's sister and boyfriend were in town. It was good be with them for christmas. After we ate the wonderful feast my mother-in-law prepared, we headed to my dad for one more christmas! The boys got a ton of toys and clothes, probably too much. I think I'm going to put most of their toys away and recycle them every six months or so. Sorry for all the pictures I posted.

Let it snow!

We finally had our first big snow. David had a great time playing in it and sledding! It was so cold that we only stayed outside for only a little while but it was like pulling teeth to get him to come in.

Decorating Christmas Cookies

Last night my niece Kynleah was over and we decorated christmas cookies for my mom's christmas party for tonight. The kids did a great job. I think more frosting went into their mouths than on the cookies!

Visiting Santa!

The boys did awesome sitting on Santa's lap. The photographer was slow with snapping the pictures and wanted both boys to look and smile perfectly, not possible. I think the picture turned out well though!

11 months old! Where has time gone. My baby is almost a year old! This month he cut his seventh tooth and began walking. He love to walk and follow his brother around everywhere!

Decorating the tree!

We put up the Christmas decor and tree. The boys did a good job helping out. David was really into decorating this year. He redecorates the tree about three times a day! Jake really wanted to try and eat everything. We lost a hand full of Christmas ornaments, but nothing that can't be replaced! Nothing like doing things with the fam!
