Happy Birthday to my Jakie. We had his birthday party at Jess and Jim's. My brother, baby Will, Aunt Julie and Uncle buzz were all in town to celebrate! Papa,Grandma and Aunt Mary were there as well! We had a great dinner, then on to the presents and cake. Jake got a phone, dinosaurs and V-smile with games. It was great getting us all together!
To my Jake, who has become such a kind, loving, helpful boy! Happy 3rd birthday sweet boy!

Pumpkin Carving

We had our yearly pumpkin carving! David wanted his pumpkin to look just like his fake pumpkin that he has in his room that lights up. The other boys didn't really care, so Justin and I just carved out silly faces! Patrick, I think was more interested in trying to eat the pumpkin, while Jake thought it was cool to play with pumpkins inners!

This Halloween the boys dressed up like characters on the Mario Bros. David was Mario, Jake was Luigi and Patrick was Toad. David wanted me to join in the fun so I went as Princess Peach! We took the boys to David and Jake's school, were they had Trunk or Treat. We went trick or treating at the Olson's where they had a tunnel of Terror, which the older boys loved. I think Jake just liked getting candy everytime he went in and came out!

David's Race Car!

David had to make a race car from a block of wood for Awana. Every year the Sparks make a race car to race against each other. David and daddy had a great time cutting and painting his race car! David did not win, but his car did cross the finish line, in which most cars did not! Good Job Davie, we are proud of you!

We had our annual Alzheimer's walk, raising $225.00! We met up with my friend Ashley and her family. Her mom is also suffering from Alzheimer's. The weather started out a bit chilly, but it was a beautiful day!






After the walk we played games and the boys got their hair colored, GREEN!

Snack time!

David and Jake having a snack. For some reason they wanted to both stand on the same chair and eat their Dannables frozen yogurt. Silly boys!

Jakie's first night in his big boy bed! He did great! We moved Jake into David's room and got him a Car's big boy bed! This is only the first night. Let's see how the rest of the week goes!

Apple Ochard!

We took the kids to go apple picking after David got out of school! We went to a nearby orchard that had a petting zoo and countless numbers of apple trees. David loved going tree to tree while Jake loved saying hello to the animals. Patrick had a good time eating the apples!
